Flour Fried Squid Recipe
After I discussed earlier about the grilled calamari recipe.  This time the flour fried calamari recipe sounds interesting for you to test in the kitchen. Ingredients:
  • • 200 grams of squid, clean the skin and cut into pieces to form spherical
  • • ½ tsp fine salt
  • • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • • 2 eggs, beaten off
  • • 150 grams of coarse white bread flour
  • Wheat flour to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp tomato sauce
How to Make:
  • Combine squid with pepper, salt and flour. Then dip into beaten egg and then roll up the squid had bread flour. Let stand about 10 minutes. Then fry in hot oil until lightly browned and cooked. Drain.
  • For the sauce, combine mayonnaise with tomato sauce.
Note: The above recipe flour fried calamari served for 2 people or 2 servings.
