Easy Calzone Recipe
Feels incomplete if we did not discuss the calzone dishes in this article. Easy Calzone recipe will make you to linger in the kitchen. Ingredients:
For basic:

2 pieces of bacon, sliced
50 grams of button mushrooms
2 pieces of beef sausage
1 piece of fresh tomatoes, sliced
1 green pepper
50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated

How to make:
  • For basic: Mix flour with instant yeast, sugar, salt, stir well, put water, knead, add the salad oil and continue to knead until the dull, let stand for 30 minutes.
  • To content: heat the margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano powder, cook briefly, remove from heat.
  • Completion or the last step: flatten dough to 0.5 cm thick, put it in a pan pizza size 22 cm, fill half of the dough with the stuffing sauce, sprinkle with meat smoke, sausage, button mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and Cheddar cheese. Fold like a pie, bake in the oven with a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes or until cooked.
